here is what i did... there was already a hole in the battery box (as for the CBR600rr6): SAFETY: IMPORTANT: To remove the battery, first isolate the (-) negative, then the (+) positive. Put the batter back in reverse order, first (+) then (-). Wear your helmet and gloves! TAIL: Remove passenger and driver seats. Under then are 6 screws holding the rear tail, remove them. Down the tail are 4 clips, push the pin in the middle and pull out. The hard bit in all this is HERE. Be carefull while taking out the tail, simply slip it backward and slowly making sure nothing is stuck in its way. At the end hold both hands under it and bend it outwards and pull backward and rotate forward to aviod the key lock piece. WIRING: 4 wires: blue=right signal orange=left signal white1= rear LED white2=plate light Ones you unscrewed the fender, unclip the 4 wires. Cut throw the black electric tape wrap to pull the 3 wires back under the seat while keeping the LED wire at the holder where it was. FINALLY: After putting in the L brace peice, soak the nuts, screws and cracks between them with a strong epoxy adhesive (make sure it's for plastic) and leave it for 24 hours. It's good if you can use a syringe to lay the epoxy, but take the needle off cause it won't go through, mix the resin and hardener with a stick or toothpick, also be quick because it will harden up pretty fast inside a syringe, so you have about 2mins max from the time you start mixing. 1 [image]local://upfiles/4622/CE4E521AA25D46929CEA81DF6DDAD775.jpg[/image] 2 [image]local://upfiles/4622/8360509C52DF48E0B931EEFA050F5EF5.jpg[/image] 3 [image]local://upfiles/4622/05062B69B0D147E8BF67E10EE8834DF8.jpg[/image] 4 [image]local://upfiles/4622/70C5A14674C741E9870BDD4F275AEEC7.jpg[/image]
