RE: Did some mods - 6/14/2006 8:47:20 AM    SquireSCA   Posts: 417 Joined: 8/7/2005 Status: offline I did not lower the front, but the rear was up on a stand, so that does make it look like it is pitched forward. So I went to Autozone and bought a diamond cut grill insert for a car for $29.99, although in retrospect I could have gone to Home Depot and gotten gutter screen for less money. I then cut it into pieces with small snips, and pushed it into the hole and molded and conformed it to the shape of the opening, and then snipped all extra material from it so that there was a 1/2 overlap all the way around. Then I glued it in place with gasket maker. I think it was "Right Stuff". I been wanting to paint my side fairings all black and slap on some decals to get the same effect... and i thought it was a pretty good original idea! (in reply to SquireSCA) Post #: 9
