Hmm, I like the pipe on the side. Those pics look like a clean mod, but it just doesn't seem "right." Different strokes... EDIT: SEMI-HIJACK! What year is that rear fairing section? That's exactly what I'm looking for. It's got the lock for the second seat cover... WHAT YEAR IS THAT REAR END! (I'm looking at the pics a couple of posts up)

I agree, I like it on the side. I have a friend that has an undertail and he can feel the heat on long rides, and so can his passenger! Heats that rear seat up real good he says!
