Hello,

Does anyone know where I can purchase some rubber covered snaps(female end)? My girlfriend recently purchased a Joe Rocket Phoenix jacket and the arms have an adjustable width sleeve(3-positions) and the 2 unused positions leave the male portion of the snap(metal) exposed just waiting to scratch the tank of her 05 SV650S. I was hoping to put female snaps on the 2 unused snaps as protection....... Any help/input would be much appreciated.

Hey J, I'd contact the rocket tech/ return people, Quick and almost as good, catch a boat maker/upolsteror, and ask him to make ya up a couple of cap and sockets... in black. it won't be rubber coverd, but should'nt scatch. i'll bet rocket,will send ya a couple, if ya just gota have'm !!!!!! check the pockets, usualy theres altleast one extra, in a little bag!! clean and free, Ripp'n

Hi rippn,
Thanks for the suggestions. The jacket did come with a replacement snap assy in the pocket but unfortunately it is a metal snap just as used on the jacket. I will go with your suggestion of contacting a boat upholster.
