The arm is set at 60". It can extend to 67". Hondas can make the power of the others make. I have already had several guys comment on the power of my 954. Thanks for the compliment. I sure hope I am doing something right. Best MPH was 150. We are hopping to push 165 to 170 this season.

Wow, thats pretty good MPH. for a 954. Just curious though, is that still on stock bore / stroke. That puts you somewhere in the 170 to 180 RWHP zone witch is a healthy gain from stock. I'm probaby going to go with a dry system witch I hope will put me NEAR that area as long as the motor holds it. I think I remember seeing some of you posts from Psycobike, nice to see you sucked the axle back to a realistic number. I mean come on, 67 inches is getting out there without having 250+ hp.

are you runing the factory clutch basket? also are you torquing the basket and clutch cover bolts to the right torque specs. if you overtighten them then that could crack the basket possibly. ive got over 100 passes on my 954 and havent broke a clutch basket yet. barnett racing makes a clutch basket for the 954. i am running their clutch plates and springs on mine.
