I am a new user of CBR600FV 1997, what is the difference with FV to F3??

Never heard of an 'FV'

The 1997 CBR600F3 (V) is probably what they meant. I'm thinking the 'V' is just an identifier in the VIN number. Probably to denote the bodystyle. Here's some others:

1991 CBR 600F2 (N)
1993 CBR 600F2 (P)
1995 CBR 600F3 (S)
1997 CBR 600F3 (V)
1999 CBR 600F4 (X)
