I just cut the wiring off the stock turn signal bulbs and rear light and sodered them to the turn signal wires and then just plugged them back in.

I used the same stock connectors that you had to un-do in order to take the fendor off, but then cutt the wires from the fendor at the base of the fender to give me plenty of slack. Used the connectors from the supplied kit and then wrapped them up in electrical tape. One thing I did in order to make sure everything worked correctly, I hooked up one light at a time then tested it. Once it passed, I then completey wrapped it up. This ensures that all wires are secure and you have the left hooked up to the left etc.....

Yeah...I had the same problem..the instructions were not the greatest. You definitely need to cut wires from the stock fender and connect them to the kit. The only thing that drove me nuts was how to use the friggin pink connectors ??? I stripped the wires and twisted the copper together with my fingers...and then wrapped in electrical tape. Yeah I thought it was going to be a 45 minute job...but took me 3 hours ....

hmm... that's weird because the CW kit I got for my 600RR was plug-n-play - no cutting/splicing necessary. That's odd CW would not do the same with their 1000RR kits

yeah definately not plug and play. u would figure for the amount of money that the kit cost they would be able to put the stock plugs on the wires.

No kidding! CW kits aren't exactly the cheapest on the market Off note here but I hear the bike scene in Clearwater is pretty nice. I'm in Lakeland right now on vacation.
