Got two mates who've found the Q's wear far more rapidly than the Powers FWIW

I found that price at tireexpress.com for the set.  They charge $20 for shipping for the set.

Well it's new.  Give it time to warm up during a ride.  And the profile is more triangular than the D208 so you will feel it fall in more quickly.

yes...new tires are fine...just take it easy and slowly scrub them in...
people have different ways of breaking them in...when i broke in my new diablos at the track...i just gave it 2 laps (about 4 miles for the 2 laps) of gradual leaning back and forth until it's scrubbed in and then i got on it...didn't have issues with traction whatsoever.

Got a mate whose rear started showing canvas on a ride back home so he wrapped it with duct tape and repeated that til he got home.

They say that duct tape can fix anything. I ride the pilot power as well, great tire! I've heard the dunlop qualifiers are good tires to but I've never riden with one.

Re the Q's: got two mates who've tried them and while they were grippy they didn't last long.
