Ok heres the deal. The thing will Idle, and run low rpms all day no sweat. When I get into it Hard, Maybe wheelie, it'll run rough, bog down, surge once or twice and then die. I was able to nurse it home using the choke all the way up. Any Ideas. I've changed the fuel filter, checked all the air lines, sprayed the carb, done the testing that the manual says to do. It didn't seem right BUT the manual says to diconnect the fuel valve relay, check for voltage on the soleniod valve relay get voltage at the first pin, check voltage on the second pin. Then says turn it on put it in gear (rear supported) get bat voltage at the pin, under 18mph...should get nothing above 18mph and that is the case. It goes to the Left says Normal Faulty Soleniod Valve Realy or down Abnormal and mopves onto another test. Anyway I came up with that soleniod being bad but you guys tell me what you think. I'm only an aircraft mech i don't really know too mnuch about bikes... I'm slowly learning

Jetting may be off what do your plugs look like. Also carbs boots might be loose or have a split/crack.... I'm no mechanic but I would start with visual of the plugs, color / condition, then check the boots. Also change the fuel filter, air filter, ..... the simple things ......
