Is there an all-around favorite as far as exhausts go? Does everyone stick with the same brand? Wondering about which pipe to put on my 06cbr1000rr, looked at the D&D's, but I've never tried anything else. Also...removing the factory pipe...any cutting or are they bolted on? Just doin some homework before I commit to anything.

no one favorite brand really... a few popular ones though - yoshi, 2bro, jardine, micron, etc. and the pipes don't require cutting.

Micron High mount. Love it!!!! Looks hot, sounds great, not too loud, great build quality and not too expensive.
