Hey i am new to this forum but i am sure i will be here for a long time!..Iwas just wondering what are some of your top speeds? just curious :)

this morning, 135mph. or so the speedo said.

i've gone 165mph with alot more throttle left on my 929rr.

long back road in georgia.(but not long enough)

i'll try to get it on film and post it asap.

my top speeds

60 mph on the freeway
40 mph on the streets
30 mph in residential area

sometimes i get crazy and go 5 mph over speed limit.

Nice, Nice, Yeah i have gone 165 it said on my speedo..but i think it is off because of the smaller sprocket in front

Subtract 5-8% and then you will have a more accurate speed.

159 on a F4i??

176mph before I could no longer move my head for possible whiplash.....I would guess I got up to around 190 because my buddy on his gxs-r 750 was at 173 when I passed him like he was going in reverse.

I was at 165 this morning with about 1,000 rpm to go. Should not be a problem to get up to 180.

lol with -1 +1 gearing i have had mine registering like 181...yeeehawwwww probably closer to 165 or something who knows.

lol. anyway, i saw 178 on the speedo on the interstate before the 1 down, 2 up sprocket change. probably only around 160 or so though. the haynes service and repair manual that i have states the top speed as 172 but i've heard alot of people say that they have gone faster. who knows.
