Hey guys, I'm currently looking for an F4i, and test rode one today. First off, the bike is very sweet...I loved every second of it. However, there are some things that concern me. My friend told me about a cam belt tensioning problem (or service required, rather) every 8k miles? The bike I rode only had about 5k miles on it. How do you tell if the belts need tightening? One other thing is that there was a rattling or flapping noise coming from the front right of the bike. This was especially apparent at around 2-3k rpm. The owner said it might be the cam belt, or CCT (?) problem, but wasn't sure. He also said it's an issue with all F4i's, and it wasn't a big deal. I'm wondering if anyone can enlighten me on this subject? Meanwhile, I'll be reading through the archives. Thanks in advance.
