I enjoy lively debate, I just hope I haven't offended anyone (Dad?) being the new guy here arguing my point a little too loudly.

No problem here. I'm fine with this.

By style they are good discussions because they can cause us to dwell on a subject a little, subjects that can be important, and dig a little deeper into the whys and wherefores instead of just reading a chart and taking it on blind faith. The additional knowledge acquired never hurts.

I've got an impression when inflating the front tyre from to low 28 PSI at delivery (on Blackbird), a pressure where the bike steered supringsingly quick, to recommended 42 PSI where it steered slower and felt to go wider . I thought that more pressure would give better steering response but felt the opposite. When I lowered the front pressure to 36 PSI I got back the secure and quick feel steering handling and is of cource very happy with that since I also will have better grip and comfort, any one have comment or knowledge about this (that much air can give slow steering)?
