Hey everyone it's me again...sadly to say i have another question for you...when i bought my 954 it had everything on it already and the power commander didn't come with any usb cords or anything...and i have no idea how it works...i went on the site and read how to adjust it manually but I still think i'm running fuel problems...i dont have a dyno anywhere near me and i was wondering if anyone had a similiar set up to me and what i should do to correct it..

Did you already press buttons? The buttons change a lot of stuff on the map and sometimes they change stuff you don't want changed.

I suggest you buy a cable (bestbuy should have one -- take the PC with you) and then go to the power commander web-site and download the map the best describes the mods to your bike. If you didn't get a cd with the program on it then you might can get it from someone here or e-mail the powercommander guys and they'll get you one (for a price).

By the way, what makes you think that the fueling is off?

Oh ya, you got fuel issues. Go with plan A -- get a cable and load up a map that matches your mods. That should get everything close.

hey hey... i want the application for the power commander, if anybody can get it to me... i recently bought my 02. with a PCIIIusb. without any software, of course. (why: my bike is running rich. at least, i am guessing; by the ol' trusty finger in the end of the tailpipe method)

I had nothing but problems with my PCIIIR..
Tried several different map's, even had a buddy try to tune it on a dyno..
Finally I just gave up and took the ****er out and it run's a heck of alot better!!!

I have a Scorpion High mount half system and a K&N..

with the PCIII u can press buttons all u want but unless u do the right order you dont get into the settings and you dont really change anything, take it to a dyno and get a custom tune that is the best idea unless u know what your doing with the power commander, remember the power commander alone does nothing ... u need a map, all it does it LET YOU change the air fuel curves....
