my first bike was an 93 f2 . i had to rev the throttle to about 6k and dump the clutch for it to come up in first gear. and in second gear was almost to 9k if i remember right. hope that helps. o yea i also droped 1 toothion the front sprocket and added 2 to the rear, that seem to help but i still had to pop the clutch in either gear.

ive got an (93)f2, it takes a little bit of feelin it out, but mine will pop up if i gun it off a start. If im rollin in first i gotta clutch it up. In second i definitely have to pop the clutch hard. I dont screw with it too much, but itll come up. I dont get 12oclock wheelies , I get more like 2:30's...

Hey I'm new at this forum, but I had some trouble at getting my 94 f2 up,so I got a street stunt sprocket from thrust company, and it went up 9 teeth on the rear and down one on the front, this made a humongous difference,it cut the top end a little bit but it comes up real nice the have different levels of sprocket kits, some add 2-4 in the rear and on the extreme side some add 20 in the rear.

Its simple to wheelie the bike. This is a detailed instruction runthrew of how i do it. Bring the bike to 10grand in rpms. Let it drop to 8grand letting off the throttle. then just pin the throttle and kinda bullback and the front should slide its way up. now when your up throttle controll is key. DONT KEEP IT PINNED AND DONT LET GO ALL THE WAY. once you find the balance point and want to stop let the throttle go and then pinn it wide open and you should come to the ground smoothly. Shitf instantly to 2nd cuz you will be close to redline thats how i do it

Hey man you'll have to use the clutch with the f2. It doesn't have the wheelie power of a 929RR LOL. At least your F2 starts. Mine will not, I'm very depressed!!!! lol

hey, i just went out and tried to pop some wheelies on my 94 f2. i tried the no clutch method because i felt most comfortable with that one. i figured if i wasnt using the clutch it would be esier to put down if i needed to. at first i started out at like 3500 rpm's. just to be safe. and i got nuthin. so i worked my way up. with my bike(43 teeth in the rear, i belive thats stock) i found i had to have it at like 5200rpm's, let off the throtle and push on the bars to compress the shocks, and then gun it. i figure if i keep playin around i can get it perfect. i highly recomend the no-clutch method. just keep playin around till you get it

for a 3rd gear wheelie on a f2 i found out yesterday you have to put both methods to work cuz ur already going like 80. So just rev it up let it drive and compress the forks then pop the clutch at almost red line and you should pic up. But i found that its just as hard to do as the no clutch method in 2nd gear. So practice will make u better at it.

i got an oldschool 91 f2 .. And I have no problem gettin the front wheel up in first gear..on my bike the powerband starts around 5500 I just go about 7000 rpm's then snap the throttle quick and release ..then snap it a second time and hold it and it'll go straight up no problem..just be careful on the comedown if you are too high up and dont land it correctly ..I've seen numerous guys come down and then go out of control and wipeout so bad it makes you want to not ride again....or its also easy to damage forks if you come down too hard. There aint a day goes by I'm not doing wheelies ...just be smart about it
