I'm lookin' for the cheapest place to get a Yoshi RS-5 for my 06 1000rr... just a slip on not the full system.. also if anyone has installed one themselves how much of a pain is it?? thanks...

i put mine on its not hard at all took about a half hour only problem is the last clip that would normaly go over the stock exhaust on top does not fit back on it would be touching the rs- 5 so u would have to leave it off which doesnt look to bad until u decide to go with a undertail kit which i havent went with yet.

My pipe gave me a little trouble because it wouldnt go over the stock header.Yoshi pipe was dented just enough to cause a Problem.So I had to bang out the dent and then it went right on.Also the the strap that you slip over the muffler and secure to bottom of seat had to be filed down.They were to high.Other then that it wasnt bad.I have learned after 25 yrs was taking bikes apart and back together again that you learn to over come small obstacles.Thats what makes it fun...

hey guys sorry i haven't been around i've been awful busy at work lately..thanks for all the advice and input.. i ended up getting a titanuim rs-5 and it looks great but it sounds even better! i'll have pics up here shortly
