I think we can all agree that this is just a mess. So what im hoping is that mod-express will do the right thing and refund money back to the people who want it(such as myself). People who want to wait for their kits, thats fine. I just want my money back at this point.

Hey guys,
Yeah the truck being stolen was definitely not good news. Right now I am in the process of getting the same shipment sent to me from the manufacturer while I work out a claim with my rep and DHL. Because this was a GB, there can be no cancellation of orders. Because a majority of your orders were out of stock and we had to order them, it is under our policy that these are special orders and if you check out our website, you will see that all special orders cannot be refunded.
If it was up to me, I would rather have all these kits shipped. I had absolutely not intention of getting my truck stolen and making you guys wait any longer than you have already, but this is how things are at right now and I'm doing my best to make sure everything is taken care of ASAP without anymore delays. If you have any questions, please PM me or e-mail me for the speediest response.

No where in this thread did you mention the kits were backorded until yesterday.(i paid for the kits a month ago) This gets more and more rediculous. In post #72 you say there are refunds. Now, you said there are none... Please refund the money.

The shipment truck that contained the stuff was stolen, the truck was stolen. No matter what happends you guys will get your kits.

I am no longer concerned about the kits anymore. I would just like my money back now. I pmed you 2 weeks ago, saying that if you werent going to ship the kits by the end of the week I would then like my money back. Your reply was that the kits were being shipped soon. Two weeks later, more delays. I think ive been more than fair.

i am sorry to hear all of this happining to you guys, That really sucks! I was going to order a kit when i first saw the post for the GB but im glad i didn't this looks like a huge mess and is not turning out to be good at all. He should refund everyones money and then when he gets the problems figured out and kits in stock then he should take orders for the product. lame....

He should, but they obviously are not. They do a lot of talking to get you to buy the product but once something goes wrong they go back on their word. (ie refunds) Now, they are ignoring my pms. I guess this is the way modexpress does business.

Hey guys sorry to hear about all the problums I really wanted to get in on the GB but missed it, now glad I did. I though will make sure when I do buy my HID kit, not to buy it form ModExpress and tell my friends not to buy from these guys. It is bull shit they wount refund your money. ModExpress you are makeing a big mistake by not treating your customers fairly.

Belleater: We are not ignoring your PM's its been a huge mess around here and we're trying to get everything taken care of. Please give us a few days to sort things out.
sbronco68: Obviously this is the first time a DHL truck was stolen ( no idea how that happend) and this was an incident we are not sure how to deal with. Please do not judge our actions from this one incident.
For as long as we know, our group buy policy is that refunds cant be issued, reason being group buys will ethier fail or cause much more problems.
Please understand we are trying our best to sort this out, its very rare a DHL truck gets stolen at an airport, this is the first time that this has occured.
We will try to bend this policy and satisfy our customer demands.
