I accept the nomination! Thanks bro

You've got to get your gallery up first, then, someone has to second your nomination before you can accept. So, get some pics up!!

I just checked to make sure my gallery is there and all I did was go to the "member list" and clicked on my screen name (jcf1977) then I clicked "photo gallery" and my pics were on display.

Ok for review purposes here it is again fella's.....

number one...every post in this section is under strict review by the admin. nothing, and I mean NOTHING is to be posted here that is non-COTM related. the way it will work: i will announce a start day for nominations. to be nominated, the member must have a gallery and be an active member. by active, i mean that members who haven’t posted since July of 03 are not eligible. before anyone asks, lets set it at this...to be active, it means you must have at least 5 posts in the month in question, and the month before. you can not nominate yourself. you can not be ROTM 2 months in a row, although anyone who has already won, can win again. nominations will be limited to 5 per month. the nominations will be closed once we reach 5, or after 2 weeks.

The way nominations will officially work:

1. Someone nominates Joes 2004 600RR
2. Someone else seconds that nomination for Joes 2004 600RR (at this point, the nomination is official)
3. Joe accepts the nomination, thus locking it in for voting.

If, in the first hour of nomination week, 50 people are nominated, and seconded, the first 5 to accept are officially entered in the contest.

once nominations are closed, the members who are nominated are permitted to post more pictures in the voting thread. Users are not to start any topics in this section without permission.

Sorry to call it out jcf1977 but last month you posted 4 times and this months has only been three not counting these on ROTM. Just stay involved and post up a few more times and shoot for next months have your brother nominate again....it is a sweet lookin' ride! Would be tough to run against! And the gallery is all good for ya to man...just click on the camera under your name next to any post you do and that is a link to your gallery.

Alrighty, I've got Pilam, Zuco954RR and Rampage that are in the competition. Kiggy74 is nominated and seconded but has not accepted and jcf1977 has been nominated, seconded and accepted but is out due to a technicality.

I'm gonna notify kiggy74 by PM that he's been nominated and I'm also gonna make an executive decision and allow jcf1977 to compete. His bike is nice and he's really, really close to being eligible. Also nominations are sorta slow so he's not knocking anyone else out. But you gotta promise to post up more in the future dude

Now you guys can double check my math on all this stuff because I've gotten exactly 0 hours of sleep in the last 30 hours and it appears that won't change for another 14 hours. So I'm kinda tired and hatin' life at the moment and it's possible I erred

Right on guys! I accept the nomination. I've been away for a while so that's why my posting has been pretty weak as of late. Thanks again.

Thanks for the nod Chain and thanks to 929 for the second. I gladly accept.

As for the jackass who made some dorko comment about my "stock" '06, bite me. This bike isn't stock, but even if it was it's the cleanest, most frequently ridden on street and on track bike you've ever seen. Anyway, I'll wait till you get nominated so I can rag on your stuff.

There's some stiff competition this month. I'm a big fan of the old school bikes that are still clean and running strong. It gives me hope that not all motorcycles are destined to be wrecked. I hope I can hold up to strain.

At any rate, I haven't been neglecting the aftermarket stuff. Here's a more recent pic.

Cool man. Let me know if it's cool if I post my own pics for the voting. I don't relly care for the pic that is in the running. I have so many other better pics to look at.

When the voting topic starts you can post as many pics there as you like for people to see and just send the one you want as the main to chain or Don and they will use it.
