If they both fit the same i'd probably keep the Dianese. I have never used them myself, but they have a great reputation. All my gear is Joe Rocket or Alpinestars. But like I said, quality wise, i've heard great things about Dianese.

Dainese is by far better than Joe Rocket. Don't even hesitate.

ORIGINAL: LaFemmes I have one, and it rocks! I've been down twice, and still here. You've been down twice in the SAME Dainese? Only reason I ask is that I had heard once you've gone down, you're supposed to replace any gear that hit the pavement, since the integrity of the armour could be compromised. (is that even true?)

Jackets are not like helmets. If a helmet hits the ground, you want to replace it. On a jacket, take a good look at the damage. If it's bad enough, then replace it. If it's a mesh or textile jacket, chances are it will need replacing. If it's a leather, it may hold up pretty well. Espically depending on the crash.
