On the flip side, here's my license plate holder. Not an eliminator really but a LOT less plastic.

Please ignore the dirty bike, was riding in a bit of drizzle the other night. Also, sorry if these pics are a bit dark, I just went out to shoot them and of course it's 10:30pm, so not a lot of light.

Additionally, here's a pic of my rear peg mount and the exhaust mount. I REALLY want that gone but need replacement parts first.

They are f3 pegs. As to the metal subframe on the F2, by lookin at those pics, it looks like he just cut it off. Have you had a passenger on the back yet? I'm just curious how strong it is without the metal bars. Hmm.

Oh, and, here's a pic of an F3, just so you don't have to take my word for it. And, that little thing on the pegs is the shock reseviour.

I'm not sure on that. There is another member on here that's got F3 pegs on his F2. Maybe he can help a little more than me

No I'm not *sure*, I was kinda just guessing since it's a pretty major "look" change without changing from an F2 to an F3.

Hmm. In googling around, I found a number of 94 F2's with those pegs. So, it appears 94 and newer F2's came like that. So, you sir, are correct. Now, I've gotta figure out how to make mine look like that. Also, while googling, I found a guy with a highmount on his F2, so, i figured I'd share

Totally random, i know. sorry

here is mine

i put an f3 peg on the left rear so my g/f could ride. Fit just fine, but had to use a couple spacers so it wouldnt crack the plastics cause its a tight fit.

I got mine from ebay, i do believe they are from a 94. I could be wrong. the res. for the 93 shock is right under the exhaust side rear fairing. I just haven't relocated it to utilize the holder on the foot peg. if you don't need the rear footpegs, but want a new exhaust hanger, lockhart makes a carbon replace for about $70. it eliminates the pass. peg though.

ok 4 things.

1. the foot pegs are from a '94 and up. In '94 they installed remote res. shocks and changed the pass. pegs to present a mounting location for them. They are a direct bolt-up to the pre-'94 subframes.

2. the shock on your bike, Nick I., is not the stock '93. The '93 and older F2s didn't have remote res. shocks. That is why you have the ugly black bars on the subfame.

3. the F2 and F3 subframe are the same. no change whatsoever. The only thing that changed was the taillight mounting bracket.

4. If you want a more advanced DYI on the undertail/fender eliminator check out CBRworld.net. There is a how-to on creating a complete custom fiberglass undertail. It's sweet.
