blavenia, how did you like Keith Codes school? I am going to sign up for the class in August when he comes to Mid-Ohio. It will be my
first time on a track too, and to be honest, I am more than a little nervous about it.

Hi everyone! It's been a while since I've posted on the board, but wanted to share a few photos from an advanced riding course that I participated in last Saturday. It was great fun, I learned alot and most importantly, I didn't crash. Ha!

Thanks Tahoe! Workin on that knee... this was my first time on the track. Need to work on my body position and getting off the bike more. I'm signed up for another one on the 24th of June. Can't wait!

you are addicted...yea just from looking at the lean you can see that if your body was out of the bike you'll be able to hit the same corner going much faster with the bike even more stable...and knee dragging!

nice pix mang! looking 'hella' DOPE!
too bad it's a COWi...muahahah..
you drag pipe there or no? i think you may have to turn the bracket that holds the rear pipe on the other way so that the pipe/midpipe will sit closer to the frame of the bike.
i had to do the same because otherwise it would drag!

didn't have the problem dragging pipes yet and thanks for the info...
i guess i won't have that problem when i get my RR...
btw...I liked Pacific Track Time way more than ti2tt...oh! and Thuderhill was super fun...can't wait to do it again...
we'll be doing T-hills again by Keigwin's on Sep. 15&16 if you wanna join...

i would love to go there but mang...it's so far...it's like past northern cali mang!
also, we're headed to hawaii in sept...so looks like no trackday for me this year...BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO....
hopefully i get my side work consulting going...then i'd have money for tires and track!

Here are my awful TD pics.
Since I have never been on an actual track...I rode in the typical street rider position...centered straight up and down over the bike.
(NO ONE TOLD ME TO LEAN,(HANG OFF)...EVEN WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO, AND ANYWAY...I STARTED AT THE BACK OF THE FIELD...AND CAUGHT THE FIRST GUY OUT AS THE SESSION ENDED, WHICH MEANS I WAS...)
1. Riding incorrectly technnique wise...
2. Using my years of street savvy to still be quick...quicker than a bunch of beginner's....
3. I have learned my lesson...
The pics show a sequence of events...hence the MSR TD1...MSR TD2....etc.
