What does this mean?

I've never been to a track day and was reading some of the requirements.

What does this mean and how do you do it?

"We strongly recommend that you safety wire the oil filter, oil drain plug, and oil fill cap."

The oil filter can be done by using a hose clamp around the filter and running some safety wire to keep tension on the filter and prevent it from slipping, or buy a K&N oil filter that has a nut on the end and is predrilled so you can run wire thru it...
The drainplug needs to be drilled so you can attach a wire and keep it from backing off, same goes for the oil cap

Thanks SirLimpzALot - I figured it had to be something like that, but I couldn't quite get my head around it.

Does anybody have any pics of this? Where to wire the other end to, etc? I know it's not a big deal how it's done, but would just like to visualize it before I do it.

I found a good article on it if anyone is interested:
