yo whats up everyone, my name is justin and im fairly new to the world of crotch rockets, but considered old to the game of speed. was always into cars and then finally got off my ass and bought my own bike. rode for a couple months straight about 5 years ago on my buddies GSXR 6 while he was locked up, rode off and on since then but never really got the balls to get my own bike, so about a month ago i found a 95 900RR theft recovery but many upgrades according to knowledgeable friends, i had no idea what i got into but its really interesting as i come around the learning curve. yes the 900 is the only bike ive ridden more than just around the corner bigger than an 04 GSXR 6

Peace to all fellow torque junkies....my name is James and I am from Hurricane, West Virginia. Been riding since 1988, 5 bikes later I recently purchased a used 03 954rr. Recently joined the CBR forum while I was looking to add some stuff the my ride. Great Site. Seems to be pretty interactive. I will mostly be around the 954rr forum (obviously), I have a fair amount of knowledge to lend to others, so please look me up. As soon as my bike gets done (dipped both wheels, added yoshi full carbon fiber system, chromed rear sets, chromed shifter, paint to match under tail, power commander, clear short stalk turn signals) I will post some new pix. having trouble sizing down to fit the pix size requirements though, any suggestions for my sorry computer skills would be appreciated........Thanks again for having me. Hello All,

Just joined the forum today. Looks like a great resource for all of the Honda riders out there. I bought my 97 F3 last summer and have been addicted since. Can't wait to start riding this season.

Hey all. Just found this forum and it looks pretty cool and interesting. I am new to the cycling world again. I had a Ninja 600 and totaled it @ 85 mph about 10 years ago when a little ol' lady cut in on the curve and we went head on. I rode again while I was bandaged up, but I got married and my wife wouldn't let me get another one. Well, I am divorced and here I am. Just bought a 2002 CBR 600 F4I in mint condition. I pick it up this week and I am waiting for it to get warm out.

Hello all.
Just want to say hi to everyone and say im really impressed with the knowledge ive seen so far. Im a newbie biker, just bought a '95 F3, and cant wait for this OH weather to cooperate so I can get out there. She's totally stock, figured id start out with something cheap since my previous two wheeled machines had names like Trek and Schwinn. Ive only wanted to get into this since I was about 2' tall and I finally bit the bullet. Ill post pics once I pick her up this weekend. I'm always looking for advice and have LOTS of questions. Cant wait to get started!

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum. Just wanted to introduce myself. Name is Jon, just got an 03cbr600RR and love it. This is my 4th bike, the others were ninja600, cbr600f3, and a 2000vfr800. It's nice to know others who share the same love 4 the CBR.

Hi y,all. I am glad I found this forum. I have already had a lot of questions answered. The first bike I ever rode was a 1987 Honda Hurricane back in 1990. I loved that bike, but ended up getting a 1984 Yamaha Virago 750 for my first bike. I have since sold that bike and recently bought a 2003 Honda CBR 600rr. I am happy to be on the streetbike scene now. Thanks for all your support.

Hey what's up everyone? My name is James out of Fort Walton Beach, Fl. I've been riding since I was 16 and as of today i'm 27. I've been through a few bikes, but i'll always still love the bike that took my virginity away, my 1981 Kawasaki KZ750 H2 split seat model. It was one helova ugly beast, but I couldn't pass it up for $200. I moved on to a 1991 ZX7. That was the last Kawasaki I owned and I think I also rode. Oh well it's a kawasaki. From there I progressed into the more quality built machines that last, HONDA motorcycles.

92 F2 bought/sold. had lots of fun on the Snetterton circuit in England and lots of back English road riding.

97 F3 bought/wrecked. I swear I would still have this bike if not for that mishap.

02 RC51 bought/will never sell!!! What's there to say other than if you have one, then you know how I feel.

90 CB-1 bought - it's just so wanting to hang with the bigger boys and with today's gas prices I really don't mind getting 50+MPG. It was way ahead of it's time when released. Ditch the CB250 and bring these babies back on the floor. I bet the sales would be a whole lot better.

90 CBR600 got free - A project bike, but isn't this where supersport came from? A classic to me already

92 F2 $350/ why sell? - track duty only...well maybe i'll take out on some back roads to see how everything feels.

so all in all I learned my lessons with the cows. let go of two great honda's, but now have it all back and a little more.

If you read all of this you have no life. i'm just waiting for my casserole to finish baking and now the washer is in the rinse cycle.

Hello All!!

Just got back into riding yesterday when I purchased a 2005 CBR1000RR. I've been riding for almost 20 years. I sold my ZX-7 a couple of years ago when I moved from Toronto to Orange County, CA. I thought I was done with the 'crotch rocket' thing, I was wrong!! Looking forward to the canyons out here and anyone on this board that rides in SoCal, hope to meet ya! Ride safe and FAST!!!

R.

"New Members"........most of you have posted your first post in reply to someone else's post. A lot of you may not get a welcoming from your fellow riders unless they daily read the new members area (which most don't). Select the "New Post" button when posting up for the first time. You'll get a warmer welcome, I assure you. There are actually 10 of you on this post. We want to acknowledge you all as family members. So in the meantime, much love to you all and keep posting...right forum...right message. Peace!

New to the site. Been riding 25 years. Bought a 2001 CBR929RR in December after totaling my ZRX1100 in September. I've had some difficulty adjusting to the bike, mainly cause I didn't get the casts off my arms until the end of November. Hand strength is down some but coming back. I picked the Honda because I wanted something that would handle and really corner. Plus, the local Honda dealership actually knows what they are doing.

What's up from Holland, Michigan. Been riding one bike or another since I was 6. That was 22 years and a lot of old bikes ago. After pulling the ligaments in my knee two years ago on my '00 CR250 up at Silver Lake, I decided its time to try streetbikes and have been slowly breaking into the stunt scene around here, but enjoying my main love of just riding the country roads. Riding dirt and tracks is fun, but its nice to get home from work and take a ride to the beach without hauling your bike in the truck. I have an '02 954 I bought last year with about 2300 miles and has now over 11,000. Ride hard, but respect the machine- my dad

Hey, all.

I joined awhile back, but I have been dormant as of late. I guess I can blame it on my first bike, a Honda cbr 600 f4i '04 being stolen in front of my previous job. I had switch over to a Yamaha r6 '04, but I did not like it. So, I recently sold it, and bought my baby again, this time an '05 cbr f4i. My wife thinks I'm crazy!!

Talk to yall laterz...
