Hey fellas-

Another newbie here. Looks like I'm the only one here who hasn't bought a bike yet. Right now I'm aggressively looking for an 02/03 cbr 600 f4i/rr, and I was wondering if anyone either had a bike for sale, or knew of a reputable online site I could look at. I've found lots of places online to look (cycletrader, ebay, wantedadsonline, etc), but it's hard to tell if the people are for real or not.

Anyway, glad to be here, let me know if you have ideas

thanx

Hi..my name's Nancy and I am new here too. I have a 02 f4i but not riding it until I take the MSF in a month. I got a Vespa(150cc) first not thinking I would ever get a bike because of my size, but I got too hooked so now selling the Vespa and can't wait till I take the MSF and log some parking lot hours.

Greetings from Birmingham, Alabama. New member here!! Proud owner of 2005 CBR 600 F4i. Will have pics later. Everything on my bike is stock, except for Yoshi Carbon slip-on. Wanting to deck it out with the carbon look. This is my second bike. Previously owned a 1999 Suzuki Katana 600. Much prefer the F4i!!!!!!! Looking for other riders in the area! Not into stunts or crazy sh!t!!! Just isnt as thrilling with the top down on my Wrangler as it used to be. Hope to post alot in the future! Have fun and see ya 'round!

Hi everyone. First and for most, THIS IS AN AWESOME FORUM!!!!!

I have been riding cycles for nearly 20 years. Mostly I've been riding cruisers, Vulcans, and Magnas. Then I rode my buddies Suz W650, which is a throw-back cycle made to looke like an old Norton Cafe Racer. It was the first time I had ridden in a "aggressive" position. I was in love with the position but quickly wanted more bike.

You see, I have ridden horses all of my life. I love to race horses over all terrains, over mountains, through rivers. Alot of places motors can't go. When it comes to speed on a horse, an english saddle is a must. The position is balanced just behind the horse's shoulder. Sound Familiar?

What was I doing riding cruisers? Good question. The cruiser position is like the guys that ride their horses in western saddles. The saddles are so big and heavy, the horse can barely get up and go. As well, the rider is in a layed-out position with feet out in front. Sure it is comfortable for long slow rides, if that's what you want.

So last month I bought my '93 CBR900RR, with some guidance from members here. Thank you guys! Yeah I've already started a list of updates or changes to the cycle.

This cycle is so much fun!!! I'm finally appereciating these great roads around SF bay and central CA.

See ya on the road!

Hello all

Now that the riding season is underway up here in Minnesota, I'm all excited about my bike and I can't learn enough about it. This forum seems like a great place to learn about all the stuff I should probably already know. I bought my first bike, a '00 929RR, back in 8/04 and haven't looked back. I love riding it, and I love scaring the piss out of myself on it. Thanks in advance for all the wisdom you all will impart on me.

Sup Folks..I'm hailing from Texas but live in Va. I think this is a very good site. A few of my questions were answered by reading some of the message boards. After that I just had to become a member. I look forward to learning more from everyone else.

Whats up all, I've been riding some sort of two wheeled vehicle since I was 5yrs old. 35 now started with home made mini-bikes went on to motocross then street bikes. I obviously own a superhawk but am in the process of putting on 954 front end for improved suspension. the main reason for the superhawk was insurance, it's a hell of a lot cheaper! plus I love the vtwin power but have riden and love most of the cbrs hope there's no problem with a fellow honda owner here.
