ugh. No. That is about a 1k markup that you could find from a individual. If you feel safer buying from a dealer or if it comes with a warranty then maybe you should go with it, but you can def find a 20k mile F4 for 3500-4000 in the open market.

I agree with Flip. That is much higher than what you can get on a private party sale. CraigsList has a few selling right now at pretty good prices and you can probably get the seller to leave the selling price blank on title to save you a little sales tax.

I bought mine for $4000 this summer with less than 10K miles from a private seller. Came with a helmet and everything.

damn dude, I have saw bikes with 5-6k miles for those prices.......I bought my 00F4 for $2500 with 12k miles....but it was wrecked (fixed it all for less then $500) Look around.....and dont buy used from the dealer, goto the dealer sit on some bikes and see what you like, then look for bikes from individuals.....

yeah i know what you're saying. But that's all i'm seeing here in the L.A. craigslist. I've heard that it can get more expensive here in Cali.

yeah that's a bit steep, but I am not sure how Cali does it
I paid 5100 for mine but it had 1600 miles on it, (army guy got stuck in Korea for 5 years) so never rode it)
3500-4000 or so is what you wanna pay for 20k miles, they are good bikes though. I swear by mine,

The '01 isnt that bad. I like the '01 split seat and it is fuel injected. That is a lot of miles on it, but it is a Honda... I might do it for 4k even.

Not sure if anyone's interested...

I'm selling my wife's 1999 CBR 600 F4 Y/B for $4000. Less than 9000 miles. Pretty much stock. ZG Smoke Windscreen, Upgraded brake lines to Goodridge SS Lines, & EBC Brake Pads. Bike is almost in perfect condition with LOW miles.
