RE: I smell - 2/5/2007 9:09:51 AM    Fretless33 Posts: 1007 Joined: 9/8/2005 Status: offline Textile/nylon is going to absorb exhaust odor more than leather, but with the under-tail exhaust design of our bikes, there's virtually no way to avoid it. The thing I like about this picture is you can see the swirls from the exhaust at the rear of the bike...although I'm going over 100 mph, put that same exhaust pattern in normal riding and it's going to be swirling back on the rider.
