Yoshimura exhaust ground clearance

I just install Yoshimura RS-3 Zyclone with the stock headers and it looks like the "midpipe" elbow would be the first thing to touch down if I were to lean over to the right too far not the peg. I had a full D&D system before that and there was much more clearance.
Is the stock header supposed to be mounted on the right side of the frame tab or on the left?
Can you guys tell me please how yours are mounted?
I was thinking that if I mount exhaust to the frame from the left side, I would be able to tuck the whole slip on in a few inches.
Here' a picture of my exhaust mounted on the right side of the frame tab. And the second picture shows how much Yoshimura sticks out.

Is you stock header attached on the right side of the frame tab( like mine on the picture) or on the left?

i am pretty sure that mine was on the outside but my bike is tore apart right now...sorry but it will be a BUMP!![:)]

a full d&d compared to a slip on, why down grade..

I didn't like my d&d being so loud!! Well, I did love it being loud while splitting lanes, I didn't mind it being loud on touring trips or on the track but I hated the damn thing being so loud around town, especially when I had to come home late. I always wear earplugs on the highway( because of the wind noise), but with D&D I had to wear them all the time. I don't race the bike, so a few hp increase way in the way upper rpm range that full system gives you doesn't make any difference to me.
I do use my bike to get around the city a lot which calls for a layed back style of riding, but D&D made me wonna race everybody to the next traffic light.
I'm pretty happy with Yoshi RS-3 Zyclone so far. At first when I started the bike I thought it was too quiet and I almost started missing my D&D, but after a few days I think Yoshi sounds just perfect and it feels stronger in the midrange.
