Hi everyone,
I am new for this forum. I recently purchased 87 1000F. When I got this, all lights (head, clearance, and tail) were kind of blinking once while. Then sometimes head light dimmed, and "high beam" indicator came on when head (low beam) dimmed. Today, I was worming up the engine and ready to take off to work, suddenly head quit working and blue "high beam" indicator came on. Ofter that I could not figure out what was happend. Is it simply head bulb blew out or something else? Please tell me if somebody know.

Almost all electrical problems on bikes can be traced to bad earth.

The electrical bits on the bike are damm hard to diagnose even for experts without see it.

Save yaself the hassle and just drop it into a bike shop unless you have a Haynes & service manual and a good quality Multimeter as cheap ones can give dodgy reading when it comes to resistance.
