How fast have you gotten your stock 06 1KRR?

I would like to know just how fast have you gotten your 1000RR to go stock? I have had my bike for 6 mos now, an I have only been able to get it up to 189mph with 1500rpm b4 touching the redline. I seem to run out of road, or traffic or sharp turns or tractor trailers or something... So what about the rest of ya, btw my bike will no longer be stock after next week, as it is in the shop getting upgrades!

176 corrected mph on dyno
meaning my dash read 186 the dyno read 176
bike speedometers always read faster than reality
the faster you go the worse it is off


you must get a speedohealer to have an accurrate mph wether you regear it or not

I been 286Klm/hr...I got a speedo healer too... Not sure what that is in miles though...Also ran out of road real quick...

ive gotten my 05 up to 150 stock w/o speedo healer. i know it coulda gone much faster than that but ran out of road and damn cars were in the way

Sorry, I have a 600RR, but what the hell, I'll go for it.....lol.... I attended a track day and got it up to 176mph stock. BUT I don't have the speedo healer, so I'm sure it was slower.

--BUT--

I never saw it for myself. I had a track timer on my bike and the track kept track of my speed (don't ask me how) and time. I was trying to get a fast lap, had no idea I was going that fast. They told me my top speed and I almost shat my pants, lol.

i knew that the speedo were off, but i never heard of the speedohealer, how does it work? can I get one in TX?

do a google, then go to their main site.

that will have a "find local dealer button"

there is one in CA, thats were i bought mine. 89.00 shipped
