As much as I don't like to have road rage, it does get to us. The dude in the car was endangering your life. HE COULD HAVE KILLED YOU, for what? To prove that he has a car? The dick head got exactly what he was asking for (actually, he was asking for a ride home in the ambulance, until Jesus stepped in, LOL). I feel you man, sometimes you just loose it.

If anything, you just sent a clear message to him that he'll never forget........Don't **** with sportbike riders.

Glad to hear you're still alive. Good luck in the future (we all need it).

Good job stepping up and handling your situation. Even if you get in trouble, it was probably worth it. Think about how many times we let vehicles off the hook because it's our responsibility to stay visible. If someone pulls out if front of us, or cuts us off, we most likely just shrug our shoulders or give them the finger. If they hit us, it's our ass that's going to hospital. It's probably a very small percent that incidents like this happen and I know stuff happens all the time. You can't beat up everybody for stupidity, but thanx for not letting this one get away.

Like slamming that guys head in his own car door.

I'm not for violence, but hey, the guy did pull over in a parking lot to accept the challange and got a beat down in return.
What I would have done is got his plate # and pulled over and called the cops. But we all know what happens...yeah yeah, we'll find him. Whatever, you aren't even going to look up where he lives and nail him for asault.

LOL, doesn't matter if I'm with you or against you, the question is...would a judge be? Like I said, your actions (be it justified or not) could have landed you in trouble / court. And not only that, you are not guaranteed to be the victor every time you challenge someone.

When it comes to you riding safe...I am definitely on your side. But consider this...

1) Some @sshole cuts you off and you survive...(you are still riding safe)
2) You pull him over and challenge him....(you are still riding)
3) You hit him with a helmet...(you are no longer riding and jeopardizing yourself)
4) You possibly land in jail, hurt etc...(you are no longer riding safe)

Your actions took you out of the game, not his.

So again, I am not judging you...what's done is done. I just caution you to restrain yourself next time because your reaction could have hurt you...considering you survived the driving incident.

Ride Safe

I guarantee you, if a cop would have witnessed that incident (the driving, not the beatdown), that asshole in the car would have been taken to jail for wreckless driving. I ASSURE YOU.

depending on what all the cop saw
he could also have gotten charged with assault with a deadly weapon (his car)

you are lucky he didnt go home and call the cops on you, if he or his GF would have gotten your plate number youd be in jail right now
dont get me wrong anyone can snap and in some cases it might even be justified

i am a cynic so i think what you did is hilarious
but i am also a cop so i am required to think it is also illegal

the law protects assholes like that
