does anyone have a hot bodies undertais exhaust? if so please post some pics. I am having trouble with the mid pipe. I think they sent me a clamp that is too big. it is a 225. has anyone else had this proble. they said this was the clamp that they send out in all thier other orders. they are sending me a 200 but it sucks to wait 3 days for it.

ok, I got the smaller clamp, got it on, and wouldn't you know. Another problem! I am going to e-mail hotbodies some pics later in the week when I get my camera back (brother has it). I cannot believe the trouble that I am having from a 700 dollar kit. does anyone know if any of the dementions have changed in the "06" from earlier years? any help would be great.

Yes. I have a hotbodies kit on my 1000. Dimensions did change from the 1st gen to the 2nd gen of 1000s I know. Not sure about the 600s. I was sent an incorrect kit. I just made some minor modifications and made it fit while I waited for the correct kit to come in. I also had to take the midpipe to a muffler shop to get them to expand one of the ends because, as they told me, the sub-contractor they used to make the midpipes didn't expand them enough in the initial batch. Apparently I got one of the first runs of the '06 models. I got it to work fine, though, and once I got the correct undertail panel installed, it fits like a glove and I love it!
