If I port and polish the head on my 95 900RR will I have to rejet it afterwards?

More than likely since you'll have better airflow your going to need more fuel to match it.

before you go crazy with the 883, look into a 973 kit, you'll be happy you did.

make sure the guy who ports your head is good ,he can end up ruining your head. i have 2 ported and polished heads for that bike . 1 is mildly and the other one is full out portedw/ titanium valves. email me with any questions @chrismxrider200@hotmail.com. ps i have a cbr w an 1126 motor w/nos. i build these motors so i can answer your questions

how much do those heads usually go for?

what kind of numbers is that motor you got putting out?
