You are going to need some sort of photo editing software. I use and prefer Adobe Photoshop, it is expensive however and there are many more options available. These software applications allow you to change the size of the image either in inches/centimeters, or by size in pixel's. There should be a slew of free photo editing software around the internet. You can try www.tucows.com for starters. You can even have some fun ediitng the picture in other ways, i.e. the sharpness, or apply some cool filters to it. If you cant find anyhting and dont want to spend any money, send me the pictures and elt me know what you want, I've done photo ediitng for quite some time. Just let me know.

Miscrosoft Photo Editor (which I think is standard with Windows these days) works fine, too. Not as sophisticated as Adobe, etc... but you can both reduce the size and the quality (which will greatly reduce your filesize). If you're still having problems, feel free to email me the pics and I'll shrink 'em down and send them back to you. neebelung@yahoo.com

Just use paint. They come out fine if your just making them smaller. Open paint, then drag the little blue box on the bottom right corner all the way to the bottom right of the screen to make the white section larger. Use the tool on the left that looks like a dashed line(----) box, Hold your left mouse button down while over the white area, while your still holding the button drag the mouse and make a small box, right click inside the box and click on "Paste from", then navigate to where your pics are at and double click your picture, now your pic will show up in the white area, right click again and select "Stretch/Askew".Type in 70% in both the top white area's(horizontal, virtical) and click ok.Your picsture are now smaller.Just save them in a folder where you know there at and viola. Once youve done it once itll be alot easier. Iv found for down sizing pic's paint works great. But if you try to inlarge them then its awfull.
