Tried my best to match up the colors. Putting this up for people (like me a few nights ago) who don't know how to take off the side plastics. Hope this helps.

Right Side:

2 Pushpins on the bottom - take off with Phillips head screwdriver
2 Phillips head screws up the side
2 Pushpins on the inner part of the fairing - take off with small Phillips head screwdriver
3 Allan head screws from the front cowl
3 Allan head screws on the side
1 12mm bolt/spacer in the middle
1 Pull out of intake cover
Off

Left Side:

2 Phillips head screws up the side
2 Pushpins on inner part of the fairing – take off with Phillips head screwdriver
2 Allan head screws on the front cowl
3 Allan head screws on the side
1 Pull out of intake cover
Off

You have to take all of that off, plus the mirrors, the plastic screws underneath the front cowl, and disconnect the wire harnesses.
