it's a well made slip on... of that anyone can agree.

sound is good (subjective)
and looks are ok... (also subjective)
performance gains are MINIMAL...

ok, i think i will do the yoshi then, $360 is a good deal. I'll gain the performince with my dyno3 power commander, b&n air filter and my sproket kit. Oh ya, im gonna push her to the limit

What kind of performance gains are you expecting from these mods? Cuz if it's hp, it'll still be minimal to none. PC & air filter will make your throttle smoother and fix your A/F ratio. Sprocket will give you better acceleration and maybe torque, depending on how you go. But don't expect to get like 10+ hp.

I have been out of the new bike parts loop now for several years. I am now just thinking obout purchasing a new bike, obviously a 600rr as my wife wants me to slow down and I will enjoy the handling getting of my liter. It has always been my understanding that a slipon has always been for tone and not hp. HP is gained by using a full header, At least that was the way it was years ago when i used to dyno test everything. Also the specific make (IE Honda) had specific make pipes that work better for that peticular motor. Like Two Brothers made the best header for the honda and the Yoshi was a susuki header. OK, don't get your panties in a bunch, like I said I am an old F**K and have been out of the sceene for some time. If things have changed I would greatly appreciate someone setting me strait. Just my 2 cents

Nope haven't changed much, except the stock stuff flows even better, so your not even seeing big HP gains even with a full system. and slip-on, your lucky is you get 1-2 HP at the top...if your lucky, the PC alone will make more than the slip-on will...

Yoshimura and 2-Bros now make various models for most of the sport bikes ( the japanese one at least).
Brucewayne you probably got your Yosh can by now, but, if not, I think you'd like the race baffle better than
the street baffle.  The street baffle is the one that gives Yosh the "kind of quiet" reputation.
