I did a search but couldnt find anything on relocationg your rear brake resivoir on the 05 600rr.. anyone know where I could find a write up?

where do you want to relocate it? it's fairly straight forward, find out where you want it and relocate it.

why do you want to do that?

You can mount the remote resevoir anywhere above the master cylinder in it's upright position. As long as gravity can feed the brake fluid to the cylinder, you'll be fine.
