Ok,

Hotbodies exhaust... If thats the look you like go for it... I will only cost you HP and torque you wont be using anyway.

The quality is crap, the welds are crap, the material is crap, it is overly loud, and has, in general, like every hotbodies product I have ever seen (maybe only 30 sets of bodywork, etc) IS crap.

That being said, if it is the look you like, and the sound you like, go for it.

If you want to increase the performance of the bike, look to Akrapovic, Erion, Leo Vince, Arrow, etc etc

good luck.

If I am not mistaken, the Hotbodies Racing undertail exhaust is just a slip on. With that being said, I don't know of too many slip on's that promise 6-8 horses and actually produce it. I understand your logic for going that route. I commend you on that. I also commend anyone else that went aftermarket. I just can not see drilling the factory exhaust. If horse power is what anyone is after....I have seen the Akrapovic full exhaust on a 2004 CBR 1000 RR produce 161 on the dyno. Amazingly, a Termignoni full system on the 2006 1000RR produce 161 on the dyno. Anybody seen more dyno'd on the CBR?
