I just bought a set of frame sliders for my 6rr, I also added the handlebar end and the slicders on the swing arm. Now my question is this, Do they slider make a real difference in a lay down? And does it hel p more to have all the sliders I have?

The frame sliders are there to minimize the damage if you go down, and since they grind down ( the bar slider) it is less likely to snap off in a wreck

um... sliders do EVERYTHING... I used to drop my bike down at least 2 times a week stuntin, and doin burnouts for ppl, then just lay it down and walk away... i also went down at 35mph once trying to do super super long skids from 60 mph sideways... low tire pressure=high side... And i got hit by a semi, and my bike went for a while, and the slider saved the frame and other stuff... plastics are tore up, but thats from being BLOWN to shit when it hit the semi truck... my fairings were MINT!!! NOT EVEN TOUCHED from all that stuff. :D But I had vortex sliders... the best of the best, never seen them snap, break, or break the motor mount... :D other cheaper ones ive seen some NASTY THINGS that they do on simple lay downs.. or drops should i say.
