I'm not positive, but I think an F2 swingarm will work without too much, if any modification.  You can get a 180 tire in there, not sure about what size wheel will fit.  But the 180 tire on the stock F2 wheel looks kinda funky 'cuz the sidewall has to come in so much to fit in the bead.

...not to mention it will completely destroy the handling of the bike.

If you're gonna use an F2 swingarm/rim, stick with the stock tire fitment for the rim. The F2/F3 ran a 160/60/17 rear tire stock. Going to a 180/55/17 is going to change the shape of the tire significantly, and will likely make the bike turn in a less stable manner. Do a little hunting, and you will find articles from reputable sources saying the same thing.

I made this same mistake years ago with my first sportbike, a 1990 FZR600 (I wanted a more substantial looking rear tire for appearance reasons). It made the bike dangerous at extreme lean angles.

Mitch,  First, chris_mag's  right about the jump to 180's.  FYI,  the F3's rear wheels were 1/2 inch wider than the F2's.  I'm not sure if Honda widened the f3 swingarm to accomodate the F3 rear wheel, but it would've made sense.   I'd compare swingarm widths between the F2 and F3's and go with the wider s-arm,  and no larger than a 170 tire.  Most experts recommend not exceeding 1 size over the manufacturers assigned tire. Otherwise add a rim from a liter bike to use the 180 tire.   Should be able to pick up a F3 s-arm on EBAY for 15 bucks.  cbrpilot

Interested in this myself, would the chain clear that wide of a rear tire? Does the front sprocket need shimmed to do this? Is so how and with what?
