Well I just got back last night from a long but great ride on my bike. I did close to 400 miles a day and was in the saddle for about 8 hours a day. I live in MA, south of Worcester and took back roads all the way up to Canada. I was able to hit every gap trail in VT, including about 3 miles of dirt roads. I crossed over Lake Champlain in VT and headed through the Adirondack region in NY, which was a lot fun to fly through the twities at close to 100 mph for about 3 hours straight. The only party of the trip that got sucked was the last 4 hours on the highway. Wrist's numbness wasn't a big factor for me (those GenMar risers really help), it was more shoulders, back and legs.

geez, that's mor ethan some people put on the bike in a year!! though i have a bad feeling I'll be putting about 30000 a year on mine, and definitely 20000, in the summer that's probably nearly all I'll ride, on top of that I'll travel more since it's cheaper thank my 15 MPG car, especially at over 3$US a gallon ($1.10 a liter CDN)

Funny Red Baron. It's called a Corbin, I did get a few cramps in the butt of course, but my legs and shoulders were more sore the next day. I wouldn't be riding her this week any more, need a break from her . But with the gas prices I'll be riding her up to December if it doesn't get in to the 20's by then.
