Can someone tell me how to remove the trim clips under the rear tail of my F4i? I am speaking of the four screw near the rear passenger foot pegs. I've tried unscrewing them with a conventional screwdriver but it doesn't seem to be loosening the screws. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If you are talking about the plastic fasteners that have the round flat head with what looks like a small round pin head in the middle then you push the pin head down and it releases the clip. To get it back in make it so the middle "pin" part is sticking out, insert the clip onto the hole then push the pin head in. These must be used on many different bikes because I've seen them for sale at parts shops ten to a bag. If I remember correctly they cost $10-$12 a bag.

Hi Tribal,

Yeah the 4 clips on the underside of the tail. So you push straight down in the center which will release the whole clip? (sorry, i am not near my bike but will be later) Thanks!
