Can any one help and tell me how to remove the smog crap of a cali 1000rr 06 i think its the evap canister and solenoid but maybe someone has a link w/ directions thanks

IMHO, its not worth it unless you're doing track or racing.  There won't be any hp gains and the weight savings is very minimal.
 
Now having said that....
 
I don't have a write-up but assuming its the same as a 600RR (highly likely), its quite simple.  Do the following:
- remove the EVAP canister
- remove the solenoid
- plug all vacuum lines on the throttle bodies that connect to the solenoid (you can also simply plug the 5-way split that goes between the throttle bodies and the solenoid but you'll clean up the area when plugging at the throttle bodies because you'll remove all those hoses
 
You can also get rid of the PAIR.  Here's a write-up on a 600RR (likely the same as your bike):
