i have a friend that just got a 600rr. he is debating which exhaust to get. here are some of his options: micron, d&d, yosh rs-5, jardine. do any of you know where i can get some sound bites so i can hear them? the only one i have heard is the d&d and it sounded good.

Sorry I don't have an audio clip but I have the Yoshi and it has a great sound. I know that is subjective but a lot of people have heard it and they all like it.

Any pics of your bike with the Yoshi? I've listen to the sound clips and the Micron and Yoshi sound close to me. Now it's up to the looks.

If you want a sporty sound at high rpms and a low grumble at low r's leo vince is the way to go... it sounds like a mmicron, but produces more hp, and ALOT BETTER SOUND TOP END...

working a 24.... must be ems or fire. ahhh, I remember the good old days of working fire/ems. I'm military now and I work 4 11 hour shifts mon-fri and 7 hours on fridays (that's my half day). Was that a good trade, hell no. Thanks for taking the time to take pictures.

Another thing too consider is whether the pipe comes out straight or at an angle..the Yosh is straight, the Leo Vinci, Jardine come out at an angle and maybe others as well

Once i get mine run in im gonna go for a Micron dual end can exhaust, theyre definetly the nicest looking exhaust out there i think. Also not many people have considered the Arrow systems, theres no question that they are a quality kit. But i like the micron,it just looks gorgeous. But id consider Arrow and the Yoshi aswell.

Yes Fire/Rescue. We work 24, off 24, work 24, off 24, work 24 then off 4 days. Commonly called the California swing. I like it.

I will get some pics when I can. I think the Yoshi mounts nice. Mine is a little croocked, but that is common for them I guess. I just need to work it a bit to straighten it up.

No love for Daytona eh? Well last time I went there someone recommended the "TWO BROTHERS" line of racing exhausts used at Daytona. I got it and it rumbles!!! It doesn't "scream" like a Yoshi would, but hey go for what you like. If you like the low deep rumble, go with the two brothers!!!!

Anyone have sounds of a Gutted OEM muffler. I actually really like how the OEM muffler looks, dunno if anyone else feels the same, but the fitment is perfect and the flanges are attractive. I may get my OEM one powdercoated gunmetal to match the tribal flames and just gut the interior so it sounds like a race baffle.
