it's got to be fake 100%. The cut is too clean. ANd if for some reason he ended up going under a tire of a car, the tire would not do that. I have first hand experiance of seeing what happens when a person gets run over by a car tire and that picture ain't it.

Dudes, thats fake as hell. How you gonna hit something so hard to split you into halves and then what?.....land perfectly in the road????? Nothing skined or anything on the body, but you just got damn ripped in half??? C'mon! There is sometimes a minimal blood loss when loosing limbs and such as your arteries constrict to severe trauma to inhibit blood loss, but you go gettin ripped half and sorry, no constriction there buddie, your pourin out. Fake man, fake, but good entertainment anyways. And if it is real, at least he looks good enough for an open casket!

Arterial blood is a vivid red color and the blood is separating near the edges...beyond the pole in the direction of the body is spray and fresh wood chips all over the road...it's hard to see because the surface is dark, but the pole is damaged (about bike level). Whomever thinks the cut is "way too clean" is on drugs...that's a horrific tear...nothing clean about that! An incident happened a few years ago in the Chicago area where a young speeding sport biker got ripped in half by a pole...probably similar to this incident...the image with the pole in the forefront of the shot is there for a reason...documentation. It would be nice if that scene was Photoshopped, but I think it's real...

We're thinking that he flew off his bike and was cut in two by a guy wire that was supporting a utility pole - well that's the theory. I don't know if there's any other way he could be in two pieces. Keep 'em coming. Sorry I had to gross a few of you out, I didn't want to be alone

Have you ever seen first hand what a body looks like when its ripped apart? Well unfortunetly I have. Worst part was following a police officer with a biohazard bag picking up pieces of brain, skull, and bones with meat hanging off as he takes pictures of every single one. If there was enough force to rip/cut this guy in half, something else should be wrong with this guy. So I'm happy to say this is fake. Good photochop though. MDFF

Just because you saw one body ripped apart, doesn't make you a dismemberment expert...LOL

I'll run this one by my friend with over 20 years experience in the county morgue and get his opinion...

I would say so, yeah. And I've seen more then just that one, but it really doesn't matter as every situation is different. Just putting my thoughts out there that it seems to be very odd that he is cut in half with no other visible injury. *shrug* Just seems odd. We are all guessing based on pictures, we don't know what actually happened. Based on what I have seen I think its fake. You disagree, I respect that. MDFF

Just to add to the no visible injury theory, he has what would be multiple abrasions, however I think he bled out within seconds due to all the major vessels being torn open so they don't have the capillary seepage like normal abrasions...locations are abrasion on his right proximal forearm, abrasions to knees bilaterally, he has a huge avulsion on his left mid-thigh, then the obvious disembowelment (intestines intact holding full with feces)...the massive amount of arterial/venous blood has coagulated at the base of the upper torso and the serum is separating...he has a pretty obvious fracture to his left hand, which appears to be pole side judging from the impact mark on the pole, not to mention the spray of blood on the pavement...it takes a lot of blood to paint the pavement like that and I think is consistent to a high speed/high velocity impact with that pole...I don't see any evidence of a cable on that or any of the other poles...It must have been unbelievable to see him get torn in half in a cloud of blood and he must have been going very fast! I think he was wearing a helmet because the shots with the ambulance in it, curb side there appears to be a blue object, which might be his lid and he has some bruising under his chin. Just my opinion, but why would that be faked by the police and how much would it cost to hire an expert to "Photoshop" or stage something like that? Just because it's gruesome and difficult to believe, doesn't mean it's impossible...

I think its real. Wanna know why theres no blood puddling? Because whatever he hit (looks like the pole) after the cut the blood seems to have been "slung" out of his body. Id bet almost anything its real.
