Total Scam....I've already been in touch with Ebay on this guy serveral times now. I've seen this bike For Sale at least 10 times now on Ebay. The bike isn't even his....He hi-jacked pictures of someone else's bike from a actual sincere auction. Damn Crooks!!!!!!

It is a scam! Why not post it in the local paper for $7000 or even $8000 and sell it very easily. Why go through the pain of Ebay. You want to know why? Because like I said it is a scam. I can also tell you those pics are not of the bike in Cincinnati. It looks more like Florida to me.

I would challenge the seller by trying to meet up with him in Cinci and taking a look at it but I am flying one of five Black Hawks Saturday morning down south to help with all the Hurricane damage. Everyone think of me when you are out riding.

Anyone else heading down to help?

Yea basic ebay scam, seller puts fake photos up and sells bike on side to save some dough, then bam your screwed. Any real person that knows our bikes will know its to good to be true

I think the A$$ Clown and the "Faky" bike got indeed blown up by a missile!!! I just checked the Auction/listing for this bike and it is now an "Invalid Item".

A few weeks ago when i was browsing on ebay, i saw a Repsol for sale and buy it now price was $3750 USD, I hurried and email the seller and this is what he wrote: Hello,

I am really glad that you are interested in my 2005 HONDA CBR 1000 RR Repsol .
All the manuals and the original documentation are in English.
It is made for US market and has US specs on it.
You will receive this along with all papers and receipts that you need to register it in your name. You will receive the TITLE, keys, owner manual. It has a Clear Title.
My wife was recently promoted so we had to move in Switzerland. We brought the bike with us, wanting to register it here, but I couldn't because in order to get it registered here it will need serious engine modifications to comply with the EU emission standards. The bike is bought from US and is made for US market. So that is why I prefer to sell it quick now and get rid of it while I still can, because time is running and I can't keep it like that, there is a deadline term when I must pay the import tax, so I can't afford to lose time and I prefer to make some money while I still can.
It will be shipped from here and it will take 3-4 days to arrive to your address.
The selling price is 3,750 USD with shipping included.
From the beginning you have to know that for the payment I request eBay Square Trade.
I have to let you know that you have to make the payment prior shipping.
The payment will stay at them until the bike is received and inspected by you and I have $10,000 in an purchase protection account at Square Trade in case if anything goes wrong.
One conclusion, you are protected. Let me know if you want to buy it, so we can close the deal ASAP with Square Trade protection for your money.
