cbr400 you mean....? it will likely never be brought here by honda's doing. "grey imports" are hardner now than ever to get into the US, even for racing use only. I have crossed paths with an RVF400 on the track, but never the cbr400. If you make some friends in canada, you might be able to "get one"...but licensing it would be another matter. The CB1 was its american sister....made ~43hp stock, and ~52 with a pipe (I had one for CCS lightweight racing, before the SV650 came out)....sweet handling bike, but slow...a stock fzr400 made more Hp....though Japan 400's were all nasty little rockets, making around 60hp - all the manufactures agreed to a supposed 63hp limit in Japan. you can go drool at isibike.com
