speedra they're invaluable. I wrecked this weekend and the slider on the side I went down on bent the bolt almost 45 degrees. Get em, and matt heal up man, and join the club for riders in pain this week

I was thrown over the handlebars and tumbled, then slid, then tried to get up but I was still moving so I was slammed back on the ground another 20ft...

thanks.... i feel like hell right now. Antibiotic is kicking in and it sucks. Just this little bit of road rash kills, I can't imagine if I wasn't wearing any gear...

Man...glad to hear you're at least relatively ok.
A rashed knee and a messed up bike are no good, but I'm glad for ya because it could have been worse.
Hope you heal up quick and keep that knee clean!
Keep us posted.

oooo. that hurts. this might sound bad, but the knee isn't what i'd be worried/pissed about. that'll heal fine. Doesn't look too bad, but the bike. Dude, i feel for you. I bet that hurts more.

ya i have never taken a fall on my f4i but in motocross i do and it is like every two races and it sucks i have a history at the end of the year it is a broken collar bone and seperated shoulder with some mud in the mix. but that is nothing compared to a 65 mph rug burn. POOR CAT  now you got pussy  your bike lol, but that sucks bro but heel up that knee and let me know how it is going.
