Hi all

As the ROTM - March is drawing to a close. I wish to take this opportunity to thank all those who voted..... It may be a big turn out this month but nothing compared with the total number of members (bout 18,000plus i guess). Since I was second last month (got about 41votes compared with the winner Thex 51), I made special effort to move forward some projects that I have planned for later as I was nominated again this month.  Projects like HID conversions, pair of Leo Vince slip-ons, K&N filter, Dyno Jet Kit, Dyno Tuned, 'Carbon Fibre'-look etc....

I must say being nominated for ROTM last month and this month has motivated me to try and make an older bike look more modern plus giving it a mother of a POLISH. Nothing beats the newer models where you can find an abundance of accesories that fit on perfectly with little or no modifications whatsoever.

All these modifications etc was not possible if not for the discussions on this Forum which gave me a wealth of infomation and ideas. Some ever-helpful forumners made special effort to make diagrams, illustrations etc so that we can understand things better. The rest is up to my own
ingenuity.

Sadly, as of yesterday, someone made me such a great offer on my ride that was hard to refused so I reluctantly let my CBR1000f go. He paid the deposit and was gonna arrange for the balance within 2 weeks Unfortunately my new ride is not a CBR so it won't be the same coming to this forum without owning one. Nevertheless I will log in from time to time. I will however miss coming regularly.

So don't stop voting for the bike, technically I still own the bike right until he settles the balance?. For the other nominies, thanks all it has been a great month but it not over til its over.

Lastly, I wish to pay tribute to those who started this great forum. It takes a a lot of effort and time and resources to maintain a site like this which has brought people from all over the world together. I SALUTE you all and Please let yourself be known.

I don't quite understand what you are asking. Do u mean how much I sold my bike for or how much I am gonna pay for my new bike? BTW is there actually a abreviation BOTM or is it the same as ROTM?

Pardon me for my ignorance

I still own it.... it is still under my care until he settles the balance which will be in two weeks. Then I will do the transfer of owners in the ownership paper. Why do you ask?
