Modifying the subframe to accept the latch mechanism. Adding a loop on the back of the subframe for the seat cowl to hook into. Cutting off some of the front of the GSXR tail so it would fit under the seat and look right. I also used a GSXR undertail/battery box, although in retrospect I don't think I needed to. So there was some mods necessary to mount the electronics neatly.
