I am new to the forums but I wanted to give it a try. I am trying to decide what slip on to get for my 2006 CBR 1000. I have narrowed it down to the Jardine dual outlet and the Micron dual outlet. When I saw the Jardine I had decided that was the pipe I wanted. But now I keep hearing that it is too loud. Anyone heard both these pipes on bikes and have any feedback. I also heard you can get street baffles for the Jardine instead of the race baffles. Any information would help.

Loud is okay I just dont want it too loud I guess. But if they are both loud I would rather go with the Jardine.

I like the 2bros carbon vale, it sounds really good. When I'm riding in a group I can hear my bike and I like that.

I'm going with the Jardine CF, myself...  I love the way it looks with my silver 06.

I am in the same boat and decided on a yoshi RS5.  But I have heard a Jardine and it does sound good and it is a little on the loud side but a deep loud sound.  At idle you can definitely hear it rumble and you will need to raise your voice a little to carry on a conversation sittin right next to it.

Right now the more and more I think about it I am thinking I should have gone with the Jardine but I will see how the Yoshi sounds.  The Yoshi's are a little less expensive than the Jardines though.  Last time I checked the Yoshi's were about under $400 and the Jardines were over $600 for the carbon.  Hopefully the Yoshi's will sound good enough so I don't have to change them out again.

What I am really going to hate is if the Yoshi's sound similar to drilling out the baffles.  I want them to be drastically different than that.

I ended up getting the Jardine for 470.00 although I am still waiting on it and it has already been over two weeks and it still may be a few more. But oh well as long as its in before my April 21st track date.
